Can we start a public service announcement campaign to get people to film smartphone videos in landscape mode instead of portrait? These tall, skinny videos make me claustrophobic.

Seems to be more tension on MUNI lately than ever. I've seen a few incidents and close calls like this recently. Makes me feel bad for the elderly who comprise a large portion of the ridership. I'm baffled, though ... how does being pepper-sprayed make your pants fall down? :-)
