What the hell?
If you're going to have a pedestrian and bicyclist-friendly new neighborhood, which I'm hoping the plans include, you have to have connections to other destinations. Having to walk a couple miles out of your way to get to your favorite shop or your friend's house is hardly going to encourage people to get out of their cars.
