Felt a very slight rumble and then a whomp-like bang here in SOMA. My desk lamp also teetered.

I am next to SF State University. It felt as strong as the one that came though 2 weeks ago. I think that one was a 3.5. A loud rumble as it moved East across the floor. It felt like it was being pushed from Lake Merced. So the epicenter was probably in the Ocean. Pacific.

Mine too! I do not know why, given how small this was, but it has left me shaken in a nonquakey way.

Here in Oceanview (that's on the M line between State and Balboa Park Bart) it was mostly loud. It sounded like someone dropped a dumptruck on the ground outside and then the house bounced a few times.
Even though the shock was pretty mild, I have a headache now ... and I'm also queasy. Weird. Maybe it's because our bodies are used to the ground staying in one place.

Since I'm always grooving to fresh jams, I didn't feel it.
