It isn't news anymore when MUNI has a problem or a slow-down.
A more attention-grabbing headline would be "All MUNI Trains On-Time" ... though I suppose a headline like that would require MUNI trains actually have a schedule. Do they have a schedule? If they do have a schedule, it is purely theoretical.
