It's true: bagging on Oakland is every San Franciscans god-given right. The Mayor is doing it. Blatantly. On camera. This might just get my vote for LG. I was on the fence.

Actually, the "bad" airport is beleived to be LAX, other major California airport that offers connecting flights to and from Australia and New Zealand. But I think most people would agree that OAK sucks way more than LAX.

LAX isn't that bad, actually. Then again no airport is any great shakes these days, mostly because flying sucks.

I like the vid. But as someone who commutes regularly from the Bay Area to L.A., the Oakland-to-Burbank corridor is great. Less fog on the Oakland side, Burbank is just a simple airport to navigate. OAK is definitely better than LAX, sorry. Spend half my life at LAX. I do give SFO points for direct BART access, the closest we get to European transit.
