I dig the project, generally, but I'm kinda wondering where the pedestrian countdown clocks are. I can only assume they're on the way- don't all new stoplights include countdowns?

Countdown clocks are, indeed, on their way. They've just put them in at Fell and Divis, and I'm staring at one on Hayes and Divis right now. I guess they're going block-by-block because at Fulton they've got two sets of stoplights at each corner, but the new ones haven't been turned on yet.
