Fat lot of good that would do me, since my apartment doesn't HAVE a green bin.
If they really want to make a difference, they should force landlords to get green bins.

I know this is going to sound shitty, but I don't mean it to be -- have you asked your landlord to get one? On that site, you can request a cart for free. If you have and he's refused, what's his argument against it?

My landlord is notoriously difficult to reach. Unless I don't pay my rent, that is.
