Considering that CitiApartments did default on my building and it was returned to the bank (along with 20-30 other buildings from what I hear), the "we don't have the money" story seems to be fairly accurate.
Watching a company like CitiApartments go down in flames brings sheer joy to my soul. This is the rare occasion when I fully endorse kicking someone when they are already down...

Found it interesting that every review (unless it was paid for) on yelp is negative.
