311 on Twitter SUCKS! I tried filing a Muni complaint today on Twitter's 311, and all I got was "Info on previous tweets do not match current, please provide more info. regarding situation on 19 polk. ^MH"
Seriously, it seems like whoever runs SF311 is more confused than the average citizen.
