Definitely not worth the 3 bucks. Esp. because they botched Jaron Lanier's name. And who gives a frak about what Willie Brown has to say?
I'd rather spend the 3 bucks at underdogs.

It means I lost, most definitely.
I clicked through the Scott Ostler piece, that's it in the print version, or is the online version a teaser only? It looks like it's cut short, and it's missing the end.

C'est tout! Ostler is typically fun-sized, and I believe the ellipses at the end are not an indication that it was cut short, as much as it is a style thing...
