Did you really think the SFMTA board was anything less than apathetic? If they cared -- at ALL -- we wouldn't be in this mess.

Hey, Outlaw Diva, I'm confused! Becca mentions Matthew Goudeau, he's the Director, Protocol and Appointments for the mayor's office, but I've read the piece pretty thoroughly and don't think she was making any Beckett allusions. What am I missing?
