in all the reporting on this not quite clear what happened. Did the clerk send a file via email that the Ex simply did not get? it seems like it'd be easy to determine which end messed up.
then again, if you're sending something of that importance, it doesn't hurt to make a call to a human at the paper to make sure it got there. You can never assume anything works these days.
