I wonder what this will really mean in terms of conservation for penguins? Has it been a good use of public and privately raised funds to go to court over species which are not found any where near the US?
Its also a bit behind the play as a recent summary of the bids species in New Zealand did not recognise white flippered penguins as a seperate sub species.
