More crap about the Raker Act, Bruce Brugman's own personal jihad against power companies. I moved here in 1986 and the SFBG has been going on about public power since those days. Voters have rejected a public utility at least once in my lifetime. Not sure why people think that a City which cannot run a transit system efficiently somehow is going to keep the gas and electric on more efficiently.
