Classic Newsom. He DROVE to the event at Davies Hall FROM CITY HALL which is a block away.
Also notice how over half the money is for "consulting" and there won't be nearly the money to actually DO the energy saving work itself? So we'll pay people to tell others how to fix up their buildings, but won't help them pay for it.
Where can I get one of those jobs?
