I am no fan of developers, and 4400 pages to read over the holidays is too much Christmas homework for anyone. But I will say this: no area of SF is more in need of redevelopment and assistance than HP/Bayview. Rather than allowing our knee-jerk reflexive SF-opposition-to-everything rule the day, let's give it a chance. Let's just hope this time, "redevelopment" is not a buzzword for "let's get rid of the poor folk."
And be wary of anything that comes out of Sam Singer's mouth. True dat.
