So how much of those savings has been offset by the fact that Sunset Scavenger trucks have to make a second pass down your street to empty the green bins? I'm not saying it shouldn't be done, but let's consider the resources consumed in actually getting the compost into the program in the first place before we start talking about how much good it's actually doing.
