AHem...watch the video and it's clear the glass breaks because the drunk violent guy who was hurling racial slurs punched the glass while resisting arrest. his head does not go through the glass. That's why the cop has stitches and the concussion and the violet drunk guy does not.

I think they need to investigate the manufacturer of that glass. Pushing someone into it like that shouldn't be enough to break it.
And the video clearly shows the drunk guy putting his arm up before he hits the glass.

Word on the street is that the guy had been arrested and released earlier in the day in Daly City for assault and battery on a Samtrans bus.
