It's appalling that the people who are to enforce the rules break the rules bigtime and set a bigtime bad example: speeding, reckless driving, not wearing seat belts, and who knows if vices were involved. Dragon is set up for vehicular manslaughter if he was indeed driving. The only good outcome was that the car didn't hit the residence. It irks me that the heat does crazy stuff like this. RIP, condolences, whatever.
